BALTIMORE, Md. — A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an October shooting in Baltimore’s Central District, police announced.

Malik Joseph, of Baltimore, is accused of shooting a 25-year-old man in the 200 block of North Eutaw Street on October 26. The victim, who suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, walked into a hospital for treatment around 1:10 p.m. on the day of the incident.

Following an investigation, Joseph was taken into custody on December 12 and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Officers located the crime scene on North Eutaw Street shortly after the initial report and began an investigation that led to the suspect’s arrest.
