NEW YORK — An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested early Friday morning on Staten Island, facing multiple charges related to driving while intoxicated, according to police.
Diana Todaro, 27, was taken into custody at approximately 2:09 a.m. within the confines of the 123rd Precinct. She has been charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08% or higher, driving while intoxicated (first offense), and driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
Details about the circumstances leading to Todaro’s arrest have not been disclosed, and no injuries or accidents were reported in connection with the incident.
