Gaithersburg, MD — Steven Randolph, 31, has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure after a series of incidents reported by the Montgomery County Department of Police, 4th District Patrol. Investigators have released Randolph’s photo and urge potential additional victims to come forward.

On Thursday, October 31, 2024, around 10:14 a.m., Randolph reportedly entered Ledo’s Pizza on Olney Laytonsville Road while employees were preparing to open for the day. When informed that the restaurant was not open, an employee turned and saw Randolph exposing himself. After the employee screamed, Randolph fled the scene.

During the investigation, officers identified Randolph as the suspect after a patrol officer recalled seeing a man fitting his description at another nearby location earlier in the day. Video surveillance footage was obtained, which led to Randolph’s positive identification.
