Baltimore, MD- Baltimore County Police Department responded to a fatal pedestrian accident on Friday night at the intersection of Liberty Road and Brubar Court. The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 P.M., involving two vehicles striking a pedestrian.
According to Baltimore County Police Crash Team Detectives, the pedestrian attempted to cross Liberty Road when he was hit by a 2014 Dodge Ram and a 2017 Nissan Altima. Both drivers remained at the scene following the collision.
The pedestrian was declared deceased at the scene by Baltimore County Fire Department personnel. The individual has been identified as 52-year-old Jose Rivas.
