Brooklyn Park, MD—Two Maryland Lottery players celebrated major wins after the October 15 Mega Millions drawing, with one lucky ticket purchased in Brooklyn Park earning a $1 million prize and another ticket in Silver Spring winning $10,000.

The winning numbers drawn were 22, 34, 44, 54, 62, and the Mega Ball was 03. The Brooklyn Park winner, who purchased the ticket at Check Cash Depot on 16th Avenue, matched the first five numbers, securing the $1 million second-tier prize. The Silver Spring winner, who bought their ticket at Briggs Chaney Deli on Outlet Drive, matched four of the first five numbers and the Mega Ball for a $10,000 third-tier win.

Both winners have 182 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes. Lottery officials advise all winners to sign their tickets and keep them safe until they are ready to claim.

No jackpot winner was drawn on October 15, and the jackpot has rolled to an estimated $185 million for the next Mega Millions drawing on October 18. Tonight’s Powerball jackpot stands at an estimated $408 million with a cash option of $196.3 million.
