Arlington, VA – An 18-year-old man has been charged with DUI following a crash that left one person dead in Tara-Leeway Heights early Saturday morning.

According to the Arlington County Police Department (ACPD), officers and fire personnel were dispatched to the 2200 block of N. Harrison St. just before 2 a.m. for a report of a single-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, medics began treating a passenger suffering from life-threatening injuries.

The passenger, identified as 19-year-old Nicholas Rados of Arlington, was transported to the hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
