Pittsburgh, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s General Investigations Unit responded to a shooting incident request in Pitcairn.
According to reports, at 2:47 PM on Wednesday, Pitcairn Police were alerted to two groups shooting at each other on the 100 block of Brinton Avenue. Although no injuries were reported, two vehicles were struck by gunfire. Police recovered a stolen gun near the scene.
Jameel Anger, a 20-year-old resident of Pitcairn, was arrested at the scene. He faces charges for receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license. Detectives are continuing the investigation to identify other individuals involved.
