WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Wall Township police officers made several arrests related to driving while intoxicated (DWI) and other offenses over the past week, according to a recent report from the department.
On Monday, Sept. 2, Patrolman Jared Conte arrested Daniel McGraw, 23, of Jackson, after a traffic stop on Interstate 195. McGraw was charged with driving while intoxicated and was processed and released under John’s Law. That same day, Patrolman Kevin Donegan arrested Heidi K. Gabryszewska, 33, of Linden, after a separate DWI incident on Route 34. She was also processed and released under John’s Law.
On Tuesday, Sept. 3, Patrolman James Yannazzone arrested Marlon Rivera, 55, of Jackson, for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Interstate 195. Rivera was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. Additionally, Patrolman Shane Roland arrested Jeremy Framolaro, 46, of Whiting, after a suspicious person report at Wawa on Route 35. Framolaro was found to possess heroin and drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.
Later that day, Patrolman Jack Kelly arrested Gregory D’Agostino Jr., 48, of Toms River, following a shoplifting incident at the Target store on Route 35. D’Agostino was processed and released on a summons.
In another incident on Friday, Dec. 6, Patrolman Tyler Martin arrested William Alexander, 77, of Wall Township, for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident on Lenape Trail. He was processed and released under John’s Law. Patrolman Tom Gavaghan also arrested Daniel R. Klawunn, 29, of Middletown, after a traffic stop on Route 138. Klawunn was charged with DWI and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Police continue to enforce impaired driving laws across the township.
