Hyattsville, MD – The Prince George’s County Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating the murder of 34-year-old Samuel Gracia Rojas, who was found dead in his vehicle on Friday morning. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
On July 5, 2024, at approximately 9:35 a.m., officers from the Hyattsville City Police Department responded to a call for a welfare check in the 5300 block of Ager Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Gracia Rojas in a vehicle, suffering from trauma to his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are actively working to identify the suspect(s) and determine the motive behind this homicide. The Prince George’s County Police Department handles all homicide investigations in the city of Hyattsville.
