Gunfire Strike Van in the Bronx, No Injuries Reported

BRONX, NY—A shooting incident occurred Wednesday afternoon in front of 436 East 141 Street, where an unidentified assailant fired at a 2018 white RAM Van. The incident, which took place at approximately 4:15 PM, resulted in damage to the vehicle’s rear, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene on foot, heading eastbound on East 141 Street towards Brook Avenue. Authorities are actively searching for the male suspect described as having a light complexion and a slim build. He is estimated to be between 20 and 25 years old, standing around 5’6″ to 5’8″ tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. Notably, he sports a dark-colored mustache and goatee and was last seen dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black sneakers.

The police are urging anyone with information to come forward to help identify and locate the suspect involved in this potentially dangerous incident.
