Three Juvenile Females Arrested in Boston for Assault and Robbery

BOSTON, MA — Boston Police Department officers from District D-4 (South End) have arrested three juvenile females following a violent incident near 116 Huntington Avenue on Monday, June 10, 2024, at approximately 5:53 PM.

The police were called to the scene after reports that a victim was repeatedly kicked, punched, and sprayed with OC spray by three teenage females, who also stole her cell phone. The victim was subsequently transported to a local hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.

Following the assault, officers conducted a search and located the suspects at 171 Saint Botolph Street. During the apprehension, one of the juveniles was observed attempting to hide a purple can of OC spray under a vehicle.

The juveniles, aged 13, 14, and 16, face serious charges including armed robbery and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, which the police noted as “shod food” in reference to using a shoe in the assault. The 14-year-old was additionally charged with receiving stolen goods.

All three juveniles were taken into custody and are expected to be arraigned at Boston Juvenile Court.
