The incident took place on June 8, around 2:33 PM, on Westville Road in Camden, Delaware. A 1996 Ford F-150, traveling west and coming out of a gradual right curve near Probst Lane, veered out of its lane.

The vehicle struck a mailbox and continued northwesterly, crashing into a guardrail.
