Baltimore Police Respond to ShotSpotter Alert, Find Shooting Victim

BALTIMORE, MD – A 25-year-old man was injured in a shooting in Baltimore’s Eastern District, triggered by a ShotSpotter alert. The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m. yesterday afternoon, near Hillen Road and Harford Road.

Eastern District officers, responding to the alert, found the victim on the 2800 block of Hillen Road with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital and is currently listed in stable condition.

Eastern District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation and are appealing to the public for any information related to the incident.
