BROOKLYN, NY—A non-gender conforming individual was attacked while sitting on the front steps of their home near Boerum Street and Bushwick Avenue. The incident, which occurred recently, involved two male assailants who approached the victim, made derogatory comments about their sexual orientation, and struck them in the head with a metal pipe before fleeing.
