Wellsville, N.Y. – Wellsville Police executed an arrest based on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court. Bryce A. Degerstedt, 33, of Wellsville, faced charges of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Harassment 2nd due to failing to show up at the Wellsville Village Court. Additionally, Degerstedt was charged with Resisting Arrest upon apprehension.
The accused was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. After the proceedings, Degerstedt was remanded to the Allegany County Jail. His bail was set at $1,000.00 in cash or a $2,000.00 property bond or a $5,000.00 partially secured bond. Degerstedt’s next court appearance is scheduled for June 4th at 4:30 pm in the Wellsville Village Court.
