Toms River Announces Annual Memorial Day Parade

Toms River Mayor Dan Rodrick and the township council invite the public to come out to honor the sacrifices of America’s fallen servicemembers and to celebrate the freedom they gave their lives for.

The annual Toms River Memorial Day parade will be held on May 27th in Downtown Toms River starting at 9:30 am.

Veterans groups, local high school marching bands, non-profit groups, and members of the Toms River Police and Fire Departments will march in the parade.

“Our Memorial Day parade is an important event that we host every year, and it’s our time to thank those who have served and made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom,” said Mayor Dan Rodrick. “Please keep our local Gold Star families in mind when you’re out having a BBQ, and remember what the day is really about.”
