PORTSMOUTH, OH — A lucky lottery player in Portsmouth scratched their way to a $20,000 prize playing the Ohio Lottery’s $300 Million Diamond Dazzler game, officials confirmed Wednesday.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mac a Doo’s Drive Thru, located at 2010 Scioto Trail in Portsmouth. The scratch-off game, which costs $20 per ticket, offers a top prize of $80,000 a year for 25 years.
