The updated speed zones, which took effect immediately, apply to both directions of traffic and include reduced limits in school zones and residential areas.

Under the revised traffic order:

- Zone 2: From Seaman Avenue to Ensign Avenue in Beachwood, the speed limit is set at 35 MPH.
- Zone 3: From Ensign Avenue to State Highway Route 166 in Beachwood, the limit is reduced further to 30 MPH.
