STONY POINT, NY — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old girl reported missing in Rockland County.
Meredith Santacruz Paredes was last seen on Wednesday around 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Willow Grove Road and Algonquin Drive in Stony Point, according to a missing persons alert issued by the Stony Point Police Department.
She was wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts at the time of her disappearance. Meredith is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her race is listed as White/Hispanic.
The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office shared the alert on social media Thursday, urging anyone with information to come forward.
“If you have any information that could help us locate Meredith, please contact the Stony Point Police Department at 845-786-2422,” the notice states.
