BALTIMORE, Md. — A pair of teenage boys were wounded Thursday afternoon in a double shooting on Polk Street in East Baltimore, prompting an investigation by district detectives.

Teen victims suffer extremity wounds

Officers responded to the 2600 block of Polk Street following reports of gunfire shortly before 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, each suffering from gunshot wounds to the extremities.

Both teens were transported to a nearby hospital and are reported to be in stable condition.
