BALTIMORE, MD — Three people were injured in a shooting on Reisterstown Road late Thursday night, triggering an investigation by Northwest District detectives, police said.

Northwest District patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at approximately 10:05 p.m. Thursday in the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road. When officers arrived, they found a 28-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her lower body.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
Two more victims arrive at hospital
Shortly after the initial response, a 29-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman walked into local hospitals separately, each seeking treatment for gunshot wounds to the body. Both also reported being shot while in the same area of Reisterstown Road.
The two additional victims were also listed in stable condition, authorities said.
Detectives leading the investigation
Northwest District Shooting detectives assumed control of the investigation. No arrests have been announced, and police have not released information regarding suspects or motive.
