Victim found with fatal stab wound

Police responded to a 911 call at approximately 3:29 a.m. on April 7 and arrived at 421 West 202nd Street, where they found a 28-year-old man with a neck wound. The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem in stable condition.
While still on scene, officers were alerted to a second victim, a 31-year-old man, who had suffered a stab wound to the shoulder. EMS transported him to the same hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
