BALTIMORE, MD – A 16-year-old boy was shot Sunday night in the 400 block of Light Street after officers on patrol in the Central District heard gunfire and rushed to the scene.
The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. on March 30. When officers arrived, they encountered a large crowd and located the teenage victim with a gunshot wound to the arm.
The teen was transported to a local hospital for treatment. His injuries were reported as non-life-threatening.
Central District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and are leading the investigation into the shooting.
No arrests have been made, and no suspect details were released.
