Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre claims she has 'four days to live' after school bus crash

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Virginia Giuffre, one of the most well-known accusers in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, said Sunday she is in critical condition and has been given only “four days to live” after a devastating car crash involving a school bus.

Giuffre, 41, took to Instagram to share that she had gone into renal failure following the high-speed collision. She said a school bus traveling approximately 70 mph — or 110 kilometers per hour — struck her vehicle as she was preparing to make a turn.

“This year has been the worst start to a new year,” Giuffre wrote in the post. “But I won’t bore anyone with the details… I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.”

The post was accompanied by a photograph showing Giuffre lying in a hospital bed with visible bruising to her face. She did not provide the exact date or location of the crash, and there has been no official confirmation from local authorities.

Giuffre, who has long accused Epstein and others — including Britain’s Prince Andrew — of sexual abuse when she was a minor, said she hoped to see her children one last time before she dies.

“I’m ready to go,” she wrote. “But you know what they say about wishes… St in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be st at the end of the day.”

The nature of the accident and her current medical status have not been independently verified. No public statement has yet been released by medical professionals or police.

Giuffre has been a key figure in numerous civil lawsuits and public accusations related to Epstein’s sex trafficking network.
