HARRISON, OH — A lucky player in Harrison has won $20,000 after purchasing a VIP Millions scratch-off ticket from the Ohio Lottery.
The winning ticket was sold at Speedway #7560, located at 10915 New Haven Road. After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $14,400.
VIP Millions is a $50 scratch-off game that features a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of March 27, 42 top prizes remain unclaimed in the game.
