ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Alexandria Police Department announced Tuesday that investigators have found no evidence suggesting foul play in the death of Jessica Aber.

According to police, the investigation remains active, but preliminary findings indicate Aber’s death was likely due to natural causes. Detectives are awaiting a final ruling from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

“The Alexandria Police Department continues its investigation into the death of Ms. Jessica Aber,” the department said in a public release dated March 25.
