Larry Woods, 67, was reported missing after he was last seen around 12:35 p.m. on March 24 in the 1000 block of Park Avenue. According to police, Woods suffers from dementia and may be in need of immediate assistance.
He was last seen wearing an orange Orioles hat, orange Orioles shirt, a black jacket, and black jeans. Woods is described as approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 143 pounds.
