ARNOLD, PA — A man and woman have been charged with felony child endangerment after two children in their care tested positive for cocaine and THC, according to police.
Paige Giles, 31, and Patrick Milliren, 29, were arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail following an investigation prompted by a ChildLine referral.
Authorities say the pair repeatedly used cocaine and marijuana inside their former residence on Alcoa Drive while the children, ages 5 and 2, were present. Drug tests conducted in December and January confirmed both children had been exposed.
Milliren allegedly admitted to using cocaine at least 100 times in the home over several years. The case remains under investigation.
