WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Police officers in Wall Township made several arrests over the weekend, ranging from drug possession to outstanding warrants and driving while intoxicated.
On Friday, Patrolman Kevin Donegan arrested Madelena Ramos, 43, of Howell, at the Asbury Park Police Department for an outstanding Wall Township warrant. She was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution. Patrolman Clint Forgach arrested Craig Galotto, 55, of Freehold, for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence following a traffic stop on Allaire Road. Galotto was processed and released on a summons.
On Saturday, Patrolman Josh Wheeler arrested Gina Battaglia, 34, of Jackson, for outstanding warrants from Ocean Township and West Long Branch after a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. She was processed and released on her own recognizance. Later that day, Patrolman James Yannazzone arrested Keith Foster, 55, of Neptune; Damien Davis, 42, of Brick; Landon Ruutikaninen, 34, of Forked River; and Thomas McKnight, 38, of Wall, for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on State Highway 35. McKnight also faced an additional charge for possession of heroin. All four suspects were taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
On Sunday, Patrolman Trent Powers arrested Terreance Coleman, 42, of Eatontown, on an outstanding Neptune Township warrant after an officer wanted call on State Highway 35. Coleman was processed and released on his own recognizance by Neptune Township.
Patrolman Joseph Phillips arrested Nicholas Walkley, 20, of Millstone, for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 34. Walkley was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires authorities to hold intoxicated drivers for a minimum period or release them to a responsible party.
