Ohio Lottery player wins $150K Powerball prize

BROOK PARK, OH – A Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold at Smith & Snow Shell in Brook Park for the March 8 drawing, but the winner has yet to claim the prize.

The ticket matched four of five numbers plus the Powerball—2, 4, 16, 23, 63, and Powerball 13—to win a $50,000 third-tier prize. With the Power Play multiplier of 3X, the prize increased to $150,000.

The odds of winning the third-tier Powerball prize are 1 in 913,129. The ticket holder personally selected the numbers.

The next Powerball drawing on Wednesday has an estimated jackpot of $335 million. Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to education statewide.
