She's Back: Kamala Harris Fight Fund Asking for Money After Trump-Zelenskyy Rift

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A billion dollars down the drain was not enough for the Kamala Harris Fight Fund. Now, it’s asking donors to once again open their wallets to continue the fight against President Donald J. Trump.

The Harris Fight Fund, a political fundraising arm supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, is using former President Donald Trump’s recent Oval Office meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a rallying point to urge donations to Democratic congressional candidates.

In a fundraising email, the group described the meeting—where Trump and Senator JD Vance reportedly pressed Zelensky on U.S. aid to Ukraine—as a “disgrace” and a “clear demonstration of what Kamala Harris warned us about during her debate with Donald Trump.”

“How quickly Trump—after everything the American people have done and sacrificed to preserve Ukraine’s ability to fight for independence—would give in for the sake of favor and what he thinks is a friendship with Vladimir Putin,” the email states.

The message criticized Republican lawmakers for supporting Trump’s stance and called for a Democratic-controlled Congress to act as a “check on this administration.” It then urged supporters to contribute to the Democratic National Committee to help elect lawmakers willing to oppose Trump.

The fundraising appeal signals that Democrats plan to make Trump’s foreign policy approach a central issue in their campaign strategy leading up to the 2026 elections.
