LANCASTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two Lancaster Township residents were arrested last week after authorities say they sold methamphetamine from their home while a 2-year-old child was present.
Kristina Kadian, 32, and Joseph Eberle, 45, were charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, criminal conspiracy, and endangering the welfare of children— all felony offenses. The Lancaster County Drug Task Force began investigating the pair in December 2024, using undercover and confidential informants to purchase methamphetamine from their residence in the 1200 block of Wabank Road.
A search warrant was executed at the home on Jan. 23 with assistance from Lancaster Township police and Homeland Security Investigations. Authorities recovered 12.2 grams of methamphetamine valued at $732, three grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The toddler was inside the residence at the time.
During questioning, Kadian admitted to using methamphetamine and marijuana while breastfeeding the child, police said. Both suspects were taken into custody, and Judge Mary Sponaugle set their bail at $10,000 each. They remain in Lancaster County Prison.
