WASHINGTON, DC — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Amajae Anderson, who was last seen Thursday night in Southeast Washington.
Anderson was reported missing from the 1600 block of 16th Street SE around 8:39 p.m. She is described as a Black female, 4’11” tall, weighing 82 pounds, with dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. Her clothing description is unknown.
The case is being investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division. Officials urge anyone with information to call (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411.
