MIDDLETOWN, PA — A Powerball® ticket with Power Play® worth $150,000 was sold at a Sheetz in Sinking Spring for the Saturday, Jan. 25 drawing, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced Monday.
The ticket, sold at Sheetz located at 4661 Penn Avenue, matched four of the five white balls (8, 15, 17, 53, 66) and the red Powerball® 14. The Power Play® multiplier of three increased the prize from $50,000 to $150,000. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes and are reminded to sign the back of their tickets immediately. Online winnings are automatically credited to the player’s account upon processing.
More than 25,000 additional Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® tickets won prizes in the same drawing, including over 5,200 with Power Play® and 2,700 with Double Play®.
