GAITHERSBURG, Md. — Marvin Alexander De Leon Siguenza, 36, of Rockville, has been arrested and charged with stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault following an incident in Silver Spring, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced Friday.
The investigation began after a report of stalking and assault was made on Thursday, January 16, 2025. According to police, De Leon Siguenza approached an adult female victim on two separate occasions, January 10 and January 14, before committing the assault on January 16.
Following the report, De Leon Siguenza was arrested the same day and transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he was formally charged.
Detectives have released a photo of De Leon Siguenza and expressed concern that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
