CANTON, OH – Solomon and Nicole of Canton hit the jackpot, winning the $1 million top prize on the Ohio Lottery’s VIP Millions scratch-off.

The lucky couple purchased their winning ticket at R & J Marathon, located on 9th Street SW in Canton. They chose the cash option prize of $500,000, taking home approximately $360,000 after federal and state taxes.

VIP Millions, a $50 scratch-off game, offers a top prize of $40,000 annually for 25 years or a one-time cash option. As of Jan. 23, 48 top prizes remain available in the game.
