NYPD seeks three suspects in connection with 2023 Bronx homicide

BRONX, N.Y. — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying three individuals wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on March 10, 2023, inside a building at 1690 East 174th Street, within the confines of the 43rd Precinct.

According to the NYPD, at approximately 3:18 p.m., three unknown males approached a 33-year-old man inside the location. One suspect, described as individual #1, displayed a firearm and shot the victim once in the chest. A second suspect, individual #2, also displayed a firearm and fired shots from outside the building, striking property but causing no injuries. All three suspects fled in different directions after the incident.

The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.

Descriptions of the suspects are as follows:

  • Individual #1: Male with a dark complexion, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black “The North Face” jacket, and black pants with a white line.
  • Individual #2: Male with a light complexion, last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweatpants, and black sneakers.
  • Individual #3: Male with a medium complexion, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jacket, and black “Adidas” pants with three white lines.
