GAITHERSBURG, Md. — Montgomery County police have arrested Kaloyan Dimov Stoev, 25, in connection with the fatal shootings of two Rockville residents early Friday morning.

Later that morning, at approximately 7:40 a.m., officers found a second victim, 27-year-old Leilani Marroquin, in the parking lot of 2 Research Court. Police say Marroquin sustained apparent gunshot wounds, and shell casings were recovered nearby.
