WILMINGTON, Del. — Delaware State Police have arrested two men in connection with an armed robbery that occurred outside a Wilmington liquor store last week, authorities announced.

Eric McDuffie, 32, of New Castle, and Jamir Graham, 27, of Wilmington, were taken into custody on January 16, 2025, following an investigation into the January 10 robbery in the parking lot of Hi-Way Inn Liquors on Governor Printz Boulevard.

According to police, the victim was approached by two masked men while returning to his vehicle shortly before midnight. One suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. After taking the victim’s belongings, the suspects unexpectedly returned the items before fleeing the scene in a dark-colored SUV.

Detectives from Troop 2 identified McDuffie and Graham as the suspects and obtained warrants for their arrest. Both men were apprehended without incident and transported to Troop 2, where they were formally charged.

Authorities have not disclosed the specific charges but confirmed both suspects face multiple felony counts related to the armed robbery.
