PITTSBURGH, PA — A Pittsburgh man wanted on multiple bench warrants since December has been arrested in East Liberty, where authorities also recovered a stolen firearm during the operation.
Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus announced that 28-year-old Dremajjae Reddix was taken into custody without incident on Friday morning at a residence along Rowan Street. Reddix had been a fugitive since December 19, 2024, when warrants were issued for probation violations stemming from drug and firearms charges.
Detectives located Reddix at the Rowan Street residence and identified him inside shortly after arriving at 9:00 a.m. Upon entering the home, detectives encountered 18-year-old Alayiah Williams and subsequently arrested Reddix. During the arrest, officers discovered a loaded 9mm Taurus handgun, which was reported stolen from White Oak.

Both Reddix and Williams were transported to the Allegheny County Jail. Williams now faces charges of receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy in connection with the firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing, as authorities continue to address probation violations and firearm-related offenses tied to the case.
