WASHINGTON, D.C. — A 12-year-old boy, last seen in Southeast D.C. more than a week ago, remains missing as the search for his whereabouts continues.
Quintell Carter was last seen on Friday, January 10, at approximately 7:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of 29th Street, Southeast. The case was reported to police two days later on Sunday, January 12, but there have been no updates on his location since.
Quintell is described as a Black male, 4’5″ tall, weighing 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description at the time he went missing is unknown.
