BALTIMORE, MD — In a shocking development, a 45-year-old man walked into a Baltimore police station and confessed to a double homicide nearly a decade old.

On January 12, Scott Barnett entered the Southeast District police station, requesting to speak with detectives. During an interview, Barnett admitted to his involvement in the fatal stabbing of 41-year-old Terrill Lehman and 46-year-old Charles Webster at a home in the 1600 block of Ralworth Road in late November 2014.

Both victims were reported missing by their families in December 2014, but their remains have never been found. Following his confession, detectives transported Barnett to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with multiple counts of first- and second-degree murder.

Investigators continue to work on the case, seeking to uncover additional evidence and locate the victims’ remains.
