12-year-old boy reported missing in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating 12-year-old Quintell Carter, who was last seen Friday morning in Southeast D.C.

According to the D.C. Metro Police Department, Carter was last spotted around 7:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of 29th Street, Southeast. Authorities describe him as a Black male, 4’5” tall, weighing 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing at the time of his disappearance is unknown.
