TOMS RIVER, N.J. – Teofelo Reyes Lima of Ocean County was arrested on January 7, 2025, and is being held without bail on charges of criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police allege that Reyes Lima engaged in inappropriate sexual contact and put a child in danger. He is also accused of attempting to commit another crime related to these charges.
