BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted in connection to three suspected arson incidents near 100 Ralph Avenue, officials said.
The first incident occurred on Friday, December 6, 2024, at approximately 11:25 p.m., when an unidentified individual reportedly started a fire at the location and fled on foot, police said.

The second incident was reported on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at approximately 1:00 a.m., with police stating the same individual appeared to have set another fire before fleeing.
The most recent arson was reported on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at approximately 1:24 a.m., again in the vicinity of 100 Ralph Avenue. The suspect fled on foot, and no injuries have been reported in any of the incidents, according to police.
The suspect is described as a man with a dark complexion, approximately 25 to 30 years old, standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and gray and white shoes.
