WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police have arrested a suspect connected to a robbery and assault that occurred last month in Northwest D.C., where victims were threatened with a knife.
The incident happened on November 17 at approximately 8:05 p.m. in the 800 block of L Street NW. Police said three suspects approached two victims, demanding property while brandishing a knife. When the victims refused to comply, the suspects assaulted them before fleeing the scene without obtaining any items.
After an investigation, police arrested 20-year-old Isis Lee, who has no fixed address, on charges of assault with intent to rob. Two other suspects remain at large and were captured in surveillance images released by police.
The Metropolitan Police Department is urging anyone who can identify the remaining suspects or has information about the incident to contact them at (202) 727-9099 or text the department’s tip line at 50411. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to locate the additional suspects.
