Royersford, Pa. — A Powerball ticket with Power Play worth $100,000 was sold at a Wawa in Montgomery County for the December 2 drawing, Pennsylvania Lottery officials announced Tuesday.
The winning ticket, purchased at Wawa at 934 Main Street in Royersford, matched four of the five white balls drawn—3, 9, 26, 61, and 67—and the red Powerball 13. The $1 Power Play option doubled the prize from $50,000 to $100,000, with a Power Play multiplier of two.
The Wawa location will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket. Lottery winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes and are advised to sign the back of their tickets immediately.
In the same drawing, more than 25,300 other Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball tickets won prizes of various amounts, including more than 5,400 with Power Play.
