PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for four individuals involved in the theft of a woman’s Shih Tzu from outside a Target store in the 24th District late last month.
The incident occurred on Monday, October 28, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., when the 44-year-old victim was shopping inside the Target at 2701 Castor Avenue. Her dog, described as a black Shih Tzu with a red tail and a red headlight collar, was taken by the suspects, who fled the scene before she returned.
Authorities have released video footage of the suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them. Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage in hopes of determining the suspects’ identities and tracking down the stolen pet.
