CAPE MAY COURTHOUSE, N.J. — A man facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon, is being held without bail in Mercer County, according to official inmate records.

Michael G. Bogue, identified in records under the alias Michael Gary Bogue 3rd, was taken into custody on November 29 following an alleged incident days earlier. Charges stem from offenses reportedly committed on November 26, including second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree unlawful possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, fourth-degree unlawful weapon possession, and criminal trespass.

Court documents show that Judge Henry Warner ordered Bogue to be held without bail on November 30. Authorities have not disclosed details about the incident, including the type of weapon involved or the circumstances of the assault.
