TRENTON, N.J. — Target stores across New Jersey are rolling out a series of Black Friday discounts, with thousands of items available at up to 50% off starting today and running through Nov. 30. The retailer’s deals span a wide range of categories, including tech, apparel, toys, home goods, and exclusive items, with the deepest savings planned for Thanksgiving weekend.
Special three-day deals will run from Thursday, Nov. 28, through Saturday, Nov. 30, offering twice the number of discounts compared to last year. Notable items include select Apple devices discounted by up to $150, PlayStation 5 consoles reduced by $75, and 50% off beauty gift sets, boots, and select toys. Most stores will open at 6 a.m. on Black Friday, Nov. 29, with a notable draw being two exclusive Taylor Swift products — Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Book and The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology on vinyl and CD — available only in-store for that day.
Cyber Monday will extend the savings through Dec. 1-2, with new deals on Target.com and the Target app. In addition, shoppers can take advantage of Target’s Holiday Price Match Guarantee, which allows price adjustments on items that drop in price later in the season, along with price matching for select competitors within 14 days of purchase.
Rick Gomez, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Target, highlighted the company’s efforts to deliver savings and convenience to shoppers. “Amazing deals across our unrivaled assortment, an easy shopping experience, and a whole lot of joy in our stores and online — this is what makes shopping at Target so special,” Gomez said in a statement.
In-store shoppers can also benefit from same-day pickup options, free returns, and personalized savings through the Target Circle program, while members of the paid Target Circle 360 plan receive free same-day delivery on qualifying orders.
With deep discounts, exclusive items, and a mix of in-store and online convenience, Target is aiming to attract holiday shoppers seeking both value and variety.
